How does Salesroom pricing work?
All product licenses offered by Salesroom are priced per user per month. We also include a platform and set-up fees based on your user volume
We need to add new users. How will that work?
You can add new users to your account anytime, either through the Salesroom Admin Center or by contacting a member of our account management team.
How secure is Salesroom?

What options do I have for signing up / signing in?
We currently support signing in with Gmail, Outlook, or email accounts.
Why do you ask for permissions when connecting my calendar?
We currently enable you to connect with your Google Calendar. When you connect your Google Calendar, we ask for the minimum permissions that enable your Salesroom meeting changes to be synchronized in your Google Calendar and vice versa.
Can I make Salesroom my default meeting video-conferencing choice in Google Calendar?
Yes - if you want to mostly use Salesroom, your Google Workspace administrator can set it as the default. Users can still select other options as an exception.
How many people can I add to a meeting?
Currently, meetings are limited to 45 participants in a single meeting. If you need to add a larger number of people please contact us at support@salesroom.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Salesroom with an invoice payable by bank transfer or check.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. We do not charge extra for our integrations.
How do I cancel my Salesroom renewal subscription?
Please reach out to your success manager or our support team, support@salesroom.com to cancel your renewal.
